Reservation

Reservations cannot be made by calling or texting.

Reservations are only available via link below or Stayfolio.

We only open reservation dates within 180 days.

Check-in & Check-out


Unfortunately, early check in and late check out are not available for this stay due to cleaning issues.

House rules


· Infants and children are also count toward the number of guest.

· Under the age of 18 without adults are not permitted to stay.

· No pets allowed

· If a guest shows up with extra people unannounced, the host has the right to turn them away.

· If you stay more than 3 nights, additional cleaning service will be arranged.

· The host reserve the right to charge individual guests or for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts of guests to the our property or structure.

· Surveillance cameras are used on the property due to safety reasons.

· Please be careful with the stairs, guests are responsible for any related accident.

· Although disinfection is regularly done, insects may enter due to the surrounding environment. Refunds are not available for this reason.

· To ensure proper hygiene, our building receives monthly pest control services. However, you can see bugs or pests due to the nature of the environment. Please note that prepaid reservations cannot be refunded due to the above issue.

Reservation Policy


· A confirmation message will be sent to you after your transaction is submitted.

· If the transaction is not submitted within 12 hours, your reservation may be cancelled.

· You can ask for a cash receipt when you make an account transfer payment. Please apply for the request when you make a reservation.

· For any changes on reservation or cancellations, please text to the number where the reservation confirmed text message was sent. (Guest name / Check in date)

About commercial use


· Any commercial photography or video shoot that is unannounced is strictly prohibited.

· For commercial use, please contact us through the chatbot with the following information 

· Brand name / Number of Guests / Date / Equipment type / Name and contact information

Long Stay promotions


Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekdays(Sun-Thu) up to 10% discounts

· Except for the day before a public holidays or year-end(21/Dec to 1/Jan) holidays.

· Discount will be automatically applied at the payment stage.

· Not applicable with other promotion.


Cancellation Policy


We require 10 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
